So the first weekend of April was Easter (lots going on) the second weekend of April we were in New Orleans (not at home) the third weekend of April was My 13 year olds Confirmation (lots going on). I have exactly 7 days left to finish this quilt and I am only 1/3 of the way through the quilting. I need to basically finish one block a night this week and the edges over this next weekend to stay on track. I need to leave the last week of April to prep for the next quilt or it will be a domino effect and I will continue to lag behind.

I’ve had great fun this month but it’s time to get serious about finishing this one and move on to the next one. I was able to shoot some pictures this weekend of the girls in the blue bonnets (very small window to get that done in) these will be used in another Christmas project for them and for our parents.

Can I do it??? YES I CAN!     UGH!!    :0)

Hi Terry, I just thought I'd drop by and check your progress.... it sounds like if you keep focussed you 'll stay on track with your goals. I'd love to see more photos of the latest quilt. I've just completed a quilt for my daughter's birthday and she loved it! A nice feeling.

    Update

Sunday after church, a Mom asked her very young daughter what the lesson was about. The daughter answered, “Don't be scared, you'll get your quilt.” Needless to say, the Mom was perplexed.
Later in the day, the pastor stopped by for tea and the Mom asked him what that morning's Sunday school lesson was about. He said,
'Be not afraid, thy comforter is coming.'
